Preparation of Steel/Aluminum Compound Electric-conducting Pole
The interface bonding behavior of steel/aluminum compound electric-conducting pole prepared by different technologies was investigated
which was employed in aluminum electrolytic processes. The results demonstrate that the steel/aluminum electric-conducting pole with metallurgical bonding interface can be produced with optimized processing parameters
in which the metallurgical bonding interface is composed of Fe2Al5 phase and FeAl3 phase. The interface electric resistance of the steel/aluminum compound poles is significantly lower than that of commercial ones.
