Progress in technologies for preparation of Ti alloy and Ti alloy parts by Ti alloy powder metallurgy with hydrogen alloying was surveyed. The formation technologies of Ti alloy powder with hydrogen
properties of formed parts as well as the work mechanism of hydrogen in the Ti alloy powder were described. The future of the Ti alloy parts with high properties and low cost by Ti alloy powder with hydrogen was reviewed.
