对灰铸铁件消失模铸造充型形态进行了初步研究。结果表明
不同真空度对铁水的充型形态和充型速度有较大影响
提高真空度
铁水充型的附壁效应更加明显且充型时间大为缩短
验证了铁水充型形态的基本规律。
Abstract
The filling morphology of gray cast iron melt in lost foam casting was observed by rapid photography method.The results indicate that the vacuum degree has the significant effects on the filling morphology and filling velocity of gray cast iron melt.With the increase of vacuum degree
the wall attachment effects of filling molten metal would be more apparent and the filling time would be shortened greatly
verifying the basic principle of the molten metal filling.
