Abstract
The structure characteristics and the operating principles of the die casting die with rotating cross direction core for thread demoulding by rack and spur gear transmission were described
in which one-mould-twin-cavities structure were adopted.The mould was designed to use open force transferred by rack and spur gear mechanism rotating cross direction core for thread demoulding.The rack is fixed outside the template of the die casting machine
so the length is free from the restriction of thickness of the die casting die
simplifying the die structure and reducing the size of the die.The mould is compact in structure and credible and easy in operation
exhibiting high product efficiency and the accuracy of parts produced.
