摘要
对具有不同过渡圆角半径的轮毂在相同状况下进行有限元服役应力比较分析。结果表明
在轮辐与轮圈的过渡连接部位的最大应力值和应力集中随过渡圆角半径的增大而减小
应力分布更趋于均匀
从而提高了轮毂的疲劳安全系数
为镁合金轮毂的结构再设计提供了理论基础。
Abstract
The service stress of Mg wheel with different transition radius between spokes and outer-ring was comparatively analyzed by FEM under the same service conditions.It was found that the maximum stress value appearing mainly on the transitional segments between spokes and outer-ring and stress concentration is decreased and the stress distribution becomes more uniform with the increase of transition radius
improving the reliability and safety coefficient of the Mg wheel.The results provided a reference to re-design of strength structure of Mg alloy wheel.
