摘要
根据热型连铸过程的原理与传热特点
建立了热型连铸过程的物理、数学模型
通过数值计算仿真研究
考察了冷却距离、牵引速度以及铸型内壁温度
对热型连铸过程中液固界面位置
及其界面形状因子的影响。获得了各工艺参数的最佳分布范围
以及在最佳参数组合状态下的液固界面的特性数据
明确了各工艺参数对液固界面特性的影响强弱程度
并通过实际生产实践进行了验证。
Abstract
The physical and mathematical model were established based on the principles and heat transfer features of the OCC to investigate the effects of some variables
including cooling distance
pulling velocity and internal-wall temperature in mold
on the position and shape factors of liquid-solid interface during OCC process.The optimized processing parameters and the feature data of liquid-solid interface in the condition of optimized processing parameters were described.The influencing orders of processing parameters on the features of liquid-solid interface were determined
