研究了AZ91D合金采用Sr对熔体处理和电磁搅拌后晶粒形貌和晶粒大小的变化。结果表明
Sr的加入使镁合金晶粒由500μm减小到372μm
但随含量的增加
细化效果并未进一步明显优化。同时
电磁搅拌后AZ91D晶粒变为更为均匀细小的类球状晶粒
晶粒大小可达到72μm。从细化机制上分析
可知熔体处理与电磁搅拌的复合作用优于单纯的细化变质或电磁搅拌。
Abstract
Effects of Sr modification and electromagnetic stirring on grain morphology and size of primary phase in AZ91D magnesium alloy have been described.It is found that Sr can refine the grain size in the alloy from 500 μm to 372 μm
however
the refinement effects is sharply faded with the increase of Sr addition.Meanwhile
the grain in Sr modified AZ91D magnesium alloy becomes more fine uniform spheroidal particles with size about 72 μm after electromagnetic stirring.The analysis of refining mechanism shows that the blended role of Sr modification with electromagnetic stirring is superior to modification or electromagnetic stirring only.
