摘要
以汽车空调器壳体尺寸为依据
建立铸件三维实体模型
结合实际生产工艺
运用JSCAST软件对铸件成形过程进行计算机模拟。结果表明
铸件充填良好
无气孔缺陷发生
但在进口的端部到壳体的连接处因厚度差较大
易于产生缩孔(缩松)缺陷
这与实际生产情况相符。针对缺陷
提出移动浇道位置
使之尽量靠近缺陷部位
以强化浇道补缩效果;同时通过缩短型芯长度等措施优化零件结构
有效地避免了上述部位缩孔缺陷的发生
实现了利用计算机数值模拟来改进工艺方案
达到提高产品质量、获得优质挤压铸件的目的。
Abstract
The visualization of filling!of air-conditioner housing for automobile was conducted by the JSCAST software on the basis of establishing a 3D model combining with practical technology.The simulated results
which are well in agreement with practical production
show that the shrinkage(porosity)would occur in the junction of inlet and housing where the change of thickness is sharp
and the absence of air gas entrapment could be observed due to smoothly filling.The defects at the above mentioned locauion can be effectively eliminated by setting gate at the junction to strengthen feeding effect and by shortening the length of core to optimize the structure of housing
and so on.The results show that the computer visualization can optimize the scheme to improve the quality of the housing.
