    Abstract

    Recrystallizatton dynamics of Al-10Sn and TiB2/Al-10Sn composites was evaluated based on the sensitivities in hardness of the cold rolled aluminum alloy during recrystallization process.The recrystalli-zation activation energy of the two materials were calculated by hardness via time soften curves,and the re-crystallization structure in the two materials was observed.It is found that TiB2 particle can improve the thermal stability of the composites as a result of increasing recystallization temperature of composites by about 60℃.In addition,the recrystallization activation energy of Al-10Sn and TiB2/Al-10Sn composites is 83.16 kJ/mol and 92.98 kJ/mol,respectively.
