Aluminium alloy swashplate is a key part of the swashplate compressor of air conditionor for car
which is fabricated by hot forging. Recently a novel method
which can be used to replace hot forging process due to high price
is hope to be developed. Accoding to the requirements of materials

production rate is more than 50 pieces per hour and qualified rate of swashpalte is over 85% in the case of mass production.
