摘要

根据斜盘的材质、性能及加工要求

试制开发了3种不同的斜盘挤压铸造成形工艺。通过成形后铸件的热处理起泡、夹杂物等缺陷的产生状况

实际的工艺操作、工艺出品率、生产率等方面的综合比较

确立了一种带保压及局部加压的侧注式间接挤压铸造铝合金斜盘的工艺方案。该方案具有模具结构简单、操作方便、铸件缺陷少、工艺出品率及生产效率高的优点

量产后的工艺出品率>84%

生产率>50件/h

产品最终合格率>85%。

Abstract

Aluminium alloy swashplate is a key part of the swashplate compressor of air conditionor for car

which is fabricated by hot forging. Recently a novel method

which can be used to replace hot forging process due to high price

is hope to be developed. Accoding to the requirements of materials

properties and machine method of swashplate

three different processes were developed for making swashplate of aluminum alloys. Comparison of defects such as air bubble after heat treatment

slag etc

process operations and production efficiency

an indirect squeeze casting with pressurization and local pressurization method is decided. The character of of the novel process is high and production efficiency. is up to 84%

production rate is more than 50 pieces per hour and qualified rate of swashpalte is over 85% in the case of mass production.
