摘要

利用自行开发的镁合金双辊铸轧设备

通过镁合金铸轧工艺试验

制备出AZ31镁合金铸轧板坯。研究了双辊铸轧镁合金板坯显微组织特征及铸轧温度对板坯微观组织影响规律。结果表明

镁合金双辊铸轧板坯晶粒细小

均匀圆整

显微组织具有快速凝固和半固态组织特征;铸轧温度对板坯显微组织的影响显著

当铸轧温度为685℃时

镁合金铸轧板坯获得理想的显微组织。

Abstract

We have developed a magnesium alloy twin-roller rolling-casting equipment to prepare AZ31 magnesium strip.The microstructure of twin-roller casting-rolling magnesium alloy strip was observed

and the effects of rolling temperature on the microstructure were examined.The results revealed that fine

uniform and spheroidal grain can be observed in the microstructure of twin-roller casting magnesium alloy strip

integrating with the features of both rapid-solidification and semi-solid state.The rolling temperature has greatly affected the microstructure of magnesium alloy strip.The desirable microstructure can be observed in the AZ31 magnesium alloy with rolling at 685 ℃.
