能够预测零件在铸造过程中可能产生缺陷的位置。就产生缺陷的原因加以分析
对压铸模具进行了修改和优化。模拟结果表明

有利于提高铸件的质量。
Abstract
The mould for magnesium alloy steering wheel can be designed by the CAE software which can predict potential defect location in die casting. Based on analysis of simulated results
the die casting die was modified and optimized. The results show that the defects in the die casting magnesium steering wheel can be greatly eliminated by using modified process
