摘要
用粉末冶金工艺制备了锆基多孔吸气合金
对粉末压坯真空烧结致密化机理及烧结过程中的相变进行了研究。结果表明
提高烧结温度、延长保温时间使单质存在的Zr含量降低
Al3Zr5相含量明显增大
导致吸气合金激活温度升高。烧结温度低于1000℃时以固相烧结为主
压坯体积收缩率小;高于1000℃时出现少量液相
体积收缩率急剧增大
开孔率迅速降低
增大造孔剂的含量可以获得更高的开孔率。另外
得到体积收缩率与时间的经验关系为S=0.02t0.49
烧结时间增长
体积收缩变慢。
Abstract
The densification mechanism and phase transition of porous Zr based getter alloy prepared by powder metallurgy during vacuum sintering were described.The results reveal that Zr content in the alloy is decreased and Al3Zr5 phase content is obviously increased with increasing in sintering temperature and in holding time
resulting in the increase of activation temperature of the getter alloy.With sintering temperature lower than 1 000 ℃
solid sintering is dominated in sintering process with low volumetric contraction.With the sintering temperature more than 1 000 ℃
the volumetric contraction is sharply decreased due to the presence of minor liquid phase
resulting in the decrease of porosity.The porosity rate can be obviously increased with increasing in pore-forming agent.In addition
