摘要
利用EVO.53D型冷室压铸机制备了拉伸试样
对不同Nd含量的Mg-8Al-xNd合金进行了显微组织观察
并测试了合金的室温和高温力学性能。结果表明
Nd的加入可细化压铸Mg-8Al合金的组织
并析出块状的Al11Nd3化合物;当Nd含量为0.5%时
合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度最高;150℃拉伸时
Nd的加入可使压铸Mg-8Al合金的屈服强度提高10%以上
伸长率则可提高43%以上。
Abstract
Microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-8Al-xNd alloy with different Nd content prepared by EVO.53D cold chamber press at room and elevated temperature were investigated by an optical microscope and tensile testing.The results indicate that the microstructure of die cast Mg-8Al alloy with the precipitation phase can be refined with Nd addition.The highest tensile strength and yield strength can be examined with 0.5% Nd content.Tensile strength and elongation of the die cast Mg-8Al alloys can be increased by more than 10% and by more than 43%
respectively
with adding Nd after tensile testing at 150 ℃.
