摘要

回顾了上海大学10余年来在铝合金半固态基础与应用方面所涉及的主要研究情况

从坯料的连铸技术、连铸坯料的感应加热、半固态浆料的流变特性、压铸工艺及压铸件的热处理强化、计算机模拟和实际汽车零件研制等6个方面进行了叙述。如

采用垂直连铸工艺制备的坯料组织呈现明显的非树枝晶形貌特征

平均抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到250MPa和15%。采用感应设备进行坯料的半固态加热时

在满足温度场均匀的情况下

应尽量减少保温时间

尽可能确保较为细小的晶粒尺寸和较好的晶粒圆整度

否则晶粒圆整度难以提高而晶粒尺寸却出现粗化。根据同轴圆筒旋转法粘度测量原理

自行研制的同轴圆筒流变仪选用合适的内、外筒直径比

能准确地测量半固态金属的表观粘度

并可进行剪切突变等试验研究。半固态压铸件时效强化效果明显

其抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到330MPa和10%以上。提出了从工业实用型和基础深化型两个方面继续努力的目标。

Abstract

The foundation and application of semi-solid processing were surveyed including continuous casting process

reheating of billet

the rheological behavior of semi-solid slurry

die casting process of semi-solid slurry

the heat treatment of die castings

numerical simulation and production of automobile parts. The microstructure of billets prepared by vertical continuous casting exhibits evident spheroid

and average tensile strength and elongation of the slurry reach up to 250 MPa and 15%

respectively. The holding time should be shortened as possible to keep fine and spheroidized structure in slurry during reheating process under the condition of uniform temperature field. The tensile strength and elongation of semi-solid die castings reach up to 330 MPa and more than 10%

respectively. The future development in industry and fundamental understand was proposed.
