其平均应变速率的大小应在1~10s-1之间。通过对试样透射电镜的分析并结合各变形条件下的应变速率
确定了亚晶直径d与Zener-Hollomon参数z之间的关系
可用d-1=-2.7955+0.0664lnz和z=εexp(276 800/RT)来表达。
Abstract
The microstructure of cross wedge rolled 6061 aluminum alloy was observed.The results indicate that the soft mechanism of the 6061 aluminum alloy exhibits dynamic recovery and the average strain rate is in range of 1

0 s-1 in the process of cross wedge rolling.The relationship between meta-crystalline size and z parameters is determined by SEM analysis combining with strain rate at different strains
providing a reference to forming aluminum alloy.
