从热力学和动力学的角度
研究了稀土元素加入到ZL101铝合金后
稀土元素对初生α相生长情况的影响。研究结果表明
由于稀土元素的存在
改变了α相生长过程中α相与液相间的界面条件
促进了α相的球化生长。这种促进效果在稀土加入量为0.5%时效果最佳
且稀土元素的加入都会细化α相晶粒。
Abstract
Effects of rare earth element on growth of primary α phase in ZL101 alloy were described based on thermodynamics and kinetics.The results indicate that the Re can promote the spherodization of α phase due to affecting the interface condition between α phase and liquid phase during growth process
refining the grain size of α phase
and an optimal Re addition with 0.5% can be observed.
