摘要

研究了Al-3P和Al-5Ti-1B中间合金单独加入以及同时加入时对Mg2Si/Al复合材料显微组织的影响

并探讨了其作用机理。结果表明

Al-P和Al-Ti-B中间合金均可对Mg2Si产生较好的细化和变质效果

并且Al-Ti-B对Al-P的细化变质效果有促进作用

初生Mg2Si颗粒形态由枝晶变为多边形

平均颗粒尺寸由100μm以上细化至20μm左右。

Abstract

The effect of Al-3P and Al-5Ti-1B master alloys in Mg2Si/Al composite was investigated in this paper. The experimental results show that the Al-P or Al-Ti-B can refine and modify primary Mg2Si

and the refinement and modification efficiency of Al-P master alloy can be improved after the addition of Al-Ti-B. The morphologies of primary Mg2Si particulates change from dendritic to polygonal shape

and their average sizes decrease from

00μm to

0μm.
