摘要

采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及X射线衍射仪对7150铝合金的铸态组织进行了观察及表征

并对铸态组织中的第二相进行了能谱分析。研究结果表明

7150铝合金的铸态组织中主要存在MgZn2（η相）、Al2CuMg（S相）、Al2Mg3Zn3（T相）、α-Al、Mg2Si和Al6（FeCu）。对η、S、T相的能谱分析表明

η相和T相中固溶了Cu元素

S相中固溶了Zn元素。同时T相中的Zn和Mg元素含量要略高于S相中的含量。

Abstract

The as-cast microstructure of 7150 aluminum alloy was observed by OM（optical microscope） and SEM（scanning electron microscope）

XRD（X-ray diffractometer）

in which the second phase was analyzed by EDS（energy dispersive spectrometer）.The results reveal that the as-cast microstructure of 7150 aluminum alloy is composed of MgZn2（η phase）

Al2CuMg（S phase）

Al2Mg3Zn3（T phase）

primary Al phase

Mg2Si phase and Al6（FeCu） phase.The EDS observation shows that the η phase and T phase is dissolved into Cu element

while S phase is dissolved into Zn element.In addition

the Zn and Mg element content in T phase are slightly higher than that of in S phase.
