摘要
研究了经挤压铸造BH122活塞合金的显微组织和力学性能。结果发现
挤压铸造BH122合金组织中共晶Si呈粗棒或块状分布
不同于典型重力铸造BH122合金中的针片状;挤压铸造可促进Al9FeNi相的大量析出。经挤压铸造后
合金的抗拉强度和硬度均有明显提高
分别可达300.3MPa和HB120。
Abstract
Microstructure and mechanical properties of BH22 piston alloy in squeezing casting have been investigated.It is revealed that the eutectic Si phase in microstructure of squeezing casting BH22 alloy is characterized by the coarse bar or block
which is different from acicular structure in gravity-casting BH22 alloy.In addition
the amounts of creation of Al9FeNi phase in the alloy can be observed in squeezing casting.Compared with those of gravity die casting ones
the tensile strength and hardness of squeezing casting BH22 piston alloy can be increased evidently
