The present status

future and developing strategy of die casting industry in Chongqing were surveyed.There were die casting machine more than 1050 with the production volume of die castings more than 320 000 tons in 2007.The die casting industry in Chongqing will be increasingly developed with a higher velocity with the development of motorcycle

automobile and communication industry.Die casting enterprises should build R&D center to meet the demand from the market.In addition

the enterprises should establish quality control system and improve the management level

and so on.
