摘要
研究了过剩Si对6063铝合金组织性能的影响
并从理论上分析了过剩Si的作用机理。结果表明
适量过剩Si对合金的铸态组织具有细化效果
并能改善材料的力学性能;过剩Si含量小于0.06%时
材料的耐腐蚀性能没有明显变化
过剩Si含量超过0.06%时其耐蚀性能显著下降;过剩Si的增加会导致材料的导电性能下降
w(Mg)/w(Si)小于1.73时其电导率较高。
Abstract
The effects of surplus Si on microstructure and properties of 6063 aluminum alloy were approached
and the mechanism of the surplus Si was analyzed theoretically.It was found that the proper surplus-Si can refine as-cast microstructure and improve the mechanical properties of the 6063 aluminum alloy.The effects of surplus Si content with less than 0.06% on the corrosion resistance of the alloy can be neglected
however
excessive surplus Si content can significantly deteriorate the corrosion resistance.The electric conductivity of the alloy can be declined with the increase of surplus Si content
and the higher electric conductivity can be observed with the mass ratio of Mg via Si somewhat less than 1.73.
