Improvement of Microstructure of Al-Ti-B Master Alloy
摘要
采用氟盐法工艺制备Al-5Ti-B中间合金
并使用成分改良的铝合金熔剂(主要含有NaCl、KCl、CaF、Na3AlF6)
改善了微观组织;TiB2相呈细粒状
均匀弥散分布在α-Al基体上
平均尺寸为0.35~2μm;TiAl3呈块状均匀分布
平均尺寸为25~95μm。金相观察中没有发现化合物/组成相的区域偏聚现象。
Abstract
The microstructure of Al-Ti-B master alloy was improved by a new method with modified flux.The results indicate that the fine TiB2 particle with 0.35-2μm in average size is uniformly dispersively distributed in the α-Al matrix.Bulk TiAl3 phase with 25-95 μm in average size is uniformly distributed in the α-Al matrix also.The absence of segregation of compound/phase can be observed in the master alloy.
