为获得高品质的箱体铸钢件
提出了应用快速成型技术研制箱体铸钢件。给出了利用RP技术制造非金属原型的工艺流程
介绍了无模具熔模铸造箱体铸钢件的工艺过程。利用RP技术的无模具熔模铸造这种全新的制造系统
使得产品设计、制造的周期大大缩短
提高了产品设计、制造的一次成功率
降低了产品开发成本
经实际生产验证
效果良好。
Abstract
Production of cast steel box by rapid prototpe PC was conducted.The processing procedure of prototype making by rapid prototype and the production process of cast steel box without wax pattern in investment casting were described.The RP can greatly shorten the design and production period as well as improving the first successful rate of design and production
decreasing the developing cost.The practical production verifies that it has a desirable effect.
