针对美国ZCorp公司生产的直接金属铸造ZCAST粉末价格昂贵的问题
采用自配制400目石膏粉ZP102和200目Al2O3粉(质量比为4∶6)混合粉末
以齿轮为研究对象
使用快速成型机成功打印出其模具零件
烘干、固化处理后
按照ZCAST技术的工艺流程
浇注铝合金溶液
成功铸造出齿轮
同时使打印原材料的成本降低了50%。
Abstract
Aiming at the expensive price of ZCAST powder produced from Z-corp
we have developed a mixed powder of plaster with 400 meshes and Al2O3 powder with 200 meshes whose mass ratio is four via six. The gear mould was printed successfully based on the self-developed mixed powder through rapid prototyping machine. The aluminum alloy gear was produced successfully with the baked and solidified mould by following the processing procedure of ZCAST technology
decreasing 50% cost of rapid prototyping materials.
