摘要

提出了一种在真空电弧炉中用石墨坩埚隔离铜坩埚制备Cr3C2/Cu复合材料的新工艺

并对该复合材料的显微组织及性能进行了分析。研究结果表明

在熔炼过程中

Cr与石墨坩埚中的C反应

生成Cr3C2微粒均匀分布于铜熔液中

形成Cr3C2颗粒增强Cu基复合材料

该材料经适当时效处理后

可获得良好的力学和电学综合性能

显微硬度（HV）为184.8

电导率达45.76MS/m

软化温度为540℃。

Abstract

The microstructure and properties of Cr3C2/Cu composites prepared by vacuum arc furnace with graphite crucible insolating copper crucible were investigated by SEM （scanning electron microscope） and OM （optical microscope）. The results show that Cr can react with C in graphite crucible during melting to generate Cr3C2 particle distributed uniformly into the liquid Cu

and the Cr3C2 particle reinforced Cu matrix composites was prepared successfully. The micro-hardness

electric conductivity and softening temperature of composites are 184.8

45.76 MS/m and 540 ℃

respectively

showing desirable mechanical and electric properties.
