介绍了采用无余量整体精密铸造技术研制K403合金燃气轮机涡轮导向器的过程
并对该铸件的铸造工艺进行了系统的研究。结果表明
通过快速成型技术来制造蜡模
大大缩短了精铸件的研制周期
降低了生产成本;采用联合注入式浇注系统
浇注时使用较高的浇注温度和型壳温度
浇注出的铸件冶金质量优良
满足了设计和使用的要求。
Abstract
K403 alloy gas turbine nozzle was produced by investment casting
and the casting process has been investigated systematically. The results show that the developing period of the K403 alloy gas turbine nozzle can be greatly shortened with the reduction of production cost by rapid prototyping technology to produce investment pattern. The castings have desirable metallurgical quality and entirely meet the requirements of the design and use by adopting the united-inpouring gating system with higher pouring and shell mold temperature.
