杂铜生产铸件上常见气孔、夹渣、脆裂等铸造缺陷

影响制约了它的使用

这往往是由于在旧料重熔这一关键工序上掌控不到位所致。对产生这些缺陷的形成机理、防止和消除这些缺陷的方法进行了阐述。

Abstract

The application of recycled copper castings was limited due to the easy-existence of gas hole

inclusion and crisp-crack which is resulted from the nonqualification of recycled copper scrap.The origination and prevention of the defects in recycled copper were expounded.
