Important role of melt-treatment for liquid Al and theory on high efficient melt-treatment as well as key techniques were expounded.Furthermore
effects of melt-treatment techniques such as high efficient purification
modification of impurity-phase containing Fe-rich and grain refinement on the Al melt quality and interrelation among these treatment techniques were approached.The principle of melt-treatment that purification is a key process of Al melt treatment and base of refinement and modification is presented.Based on the principle
high efficient melt-treatment techniques were developed to be applied to the preparation of Al sheets for the can with high performance
which can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the Al sheets
