对宽厚比为2.5∶1的冷坩埚定向凝固的Ti46Al0.5W0.5Si合金扁锭进行了5种不同的热处理
研究了扁锭试样热处理前后的组织与性能的变化。试验结果表明
热处理能够改变钛铝合金的组织和性能
合适的热处理能够细化晶粒
并使其组织变得均匀
晶粒内的片层结构变得更加致密
试样在被加热到1360℃以上时发生了晶粒长大
加热温度低于1150℃时未发生晶粒长大。快速感应加热循环热处理能细化组织、提高性能。
Abstract
Ti46Al0.5Si0.5W alloys ingots directional solidified by cold crucible with flakiness ratio 2.5:1 are heat treated differently. The structure and mechanical properties of those ingots as cast and as heat treated are studied. The results show that heat treatment can change the structure and mechanical properties
appropriate heat treatment can refine grains and lamella
and homogenize structure. Grain will grow bigger when the ingots are heated above 1360℃
but will not change below 1150℃. Rapid heating cyclic heat treatment will refine structure and improve mechanical properties.
