利用该冷却斜槽法成功制备了Al-Bi系均质难混溶合金
探讨了析出的富Bi液滴随金属熔体在斜槽上流动时的受力情况。结果表明
作用于富Bi液滴上的Ma-rangoni力、熔体粘滞力及熔体冲刷的力与重力相互作用并相互减弱抵消
大大降低了富Bi液滴的Stokes沉积和Marango-ni迁移运动
使得Al-Bi难混溶合金熔体在斜槽上不发生严重的宏观偏析。而且熔体从斜槽流过后
温度大为降低
在很大程度上降低了后续水浴铜铸型的冷却压力。
Abstract
The homogeneous immiscible Al-Bi alloy was successfully prepared by a cooling slope method in which immiscible alloy was heated over the miscible temperature and then poured into a water bathed copper mould. The acted force of precipitated Bi-rich phase was described during flowing with melt on cooling slope. The results indicate that the Marangoni force
melt drag force and melt flushing force as well as gravity which acted on the Bi-rich phase are acted each other
resulting in the great reduction of the Stokes sedimentation and the Marangoni displacement
which plays significantly positive role for the homogeneous distribution of immiscible Al-Bi in cooling slope. Meanwhile
the temperature of the Al-Bi melt can be remarkably decreased after flowing slope
obviously decreasing the cooling pressure of water bathed copper mould
which have the positive effects of preparation of homogeneous immiscible Al-Bi alloy also.
