摘要

针对腹腔大、口径小的铸件

基于其整体蜡模制作难、铸件腹腔清砂难的特点

蜡模制作采用了由两件蜡模贴接成一体的方式;型壳制作采用了硅溶胶-水玻璃复合型壳工艺。对这种有复杂型腔的铸件在制模和制壳过程中需要注意的事项做了较为详细的叙述。

Abstract

It is difficult to make the whole wax-pattern and to clean sand in cavity for the investment castings with large cavity and small aperture.So two wax-patterns which were welded into an integration were adopted in wax-pattern making.Meanwhile

sol silicate-silicate sodium compound shell making was used.The investment castings can be produced successfully through above two ways.In addition

some notes in pattern making and shell making process were described.
