分析了曲拐形零件同时凝固方法及顺序凝固方法对铸件质量的影响
模拟了顺序凝固工艺的充型凝固过程
并与试验结果进行比较。结果表明
控制铸件凝固顺序可以有效地消除曲拐形零件常产生的热节
减少缩孔缩松缺陷。
Abstract
Effects of simultaneous solidification and sequential solidification on quality of crankthrow shape parts were analyzed. The filling process of sequential solidification was simulated and compared with that from experimental results. The results show that the hot spot in crankthrow shape parts is effectively eliminated and the shrinkage porosity (hole) in the parts is decreased by controlling the sequence of solidification.
