摘要

针对引进高精度数控设备不能保证提高铸造模具制作精度的问题

对目前制作铸造模具的现实状况用模糊聚类的方法进行了分析

由此提出了一种面向基准的控制铸造模具制作精度的系统方法。该方法以铸造模具的结构设计、制作工艺设计、加工操作以及设备监控为4个重点环节

以使模具基准要素的精度最大程度地逼近高精度数字设备的精度为目标

最终对铸造模具制作精度进行有效控制。该方法在实践中得到了成功的验证

它表明强化对基准的控制不仅能够有效地提高铸造模具的制造精度

而且能为铸造模具企业的质量控制和管理提供依据。

Abstract

Aiming at the problems that utilization of high precision NC machine does not guaranted the manufacturing precision of casting mould

a data-based method to control manufacturing precision of casting pattern was proposed by analyzing the practical manufacturing status based on the fuzzy cluster method. The structural design

manufacturing design

working operation and equipment control in the method were taken as key points to realize the goal of pattern data-based precision to maximally approach the precision of the NC machine

finally

realizing the effective control to manufacturing precision of casting mould. The practical production confirms that strengthening data-based control can effectively improve the manufacturing precision of casting mould and provide a reference to quality control and management of the casting mould enterprises.
