当Al含量为8%时
复合材料晶粒细小
并具有最佳的强度、硬度和塑性组合;随着Al含量增加
复合材料中出现粗大的、沿晶界连续分布的金属间化合物Mg17Al12相
导致复合材料的抗拉强度和伸长率下降。
Abstract
Effects of Al content on microstructure and properties of carbon nanotubes/magnesium matrix alloy composites were investigated. The results show that the composites with fine grain exhibits desirable tensile strength
hardness and plasticity with 8% Al content. Coarse Mg17Al12 phase uniformly distributed along grain boundary is generated in the composites
resulting in the decrease of tensile strength and elongation with the increase of Al content.
