采用拉伸复合法制备了截面积为160mm2
线密度为(1.0±0.1)kg/m的Cu-Al复合接触线。性能检测结果表明
铜铝复合接触线的综合电导率为45.82MS/m
结合力达到60N/mm
拉断力为47kN
可用作载流量为2000A的磁浮动力轨。
Abstract
Cu cladding Al contact wire with 160mm2 in cross section and(1.0±0.1) kg/m in linear density was fabricated by the drawing compound method
and properties of the wire were examined.It is found that the comprehensive electronic conductivity
bonding force and fracture force of the Cu cladding Al contact wire make 45.82 MS/m
60N/m and 47kN
respectively
which can be used for magnetic floating power track with loads of 2000A.
