摘要

采用气氛保护中频炉熔炼C194合金

铸锭经热轧后立即水淬

分别进行30%、60%和90%的冷轧变形

然后进行分级时效A（550℃×2h/450℃×2h）和时效B（400℃×4h）处理

并在两次时效间分别进行30%、60%和90%的冷轧变形。通过透射电镜（TEM）研究了形变热处理参数对C194类铜合金析出相和相变驱动力的影响。结果表明

提高时效温度、增加冷轧变形量

可以增大相变驱动力

合理的形变热处理参数为:冷变形60%～90%+时效A+冷变形30%～60%+时效B

可使析出相细小且分布均匀

合金具有较高的综合性能。

Abstract

C194 alloy was melted in a main frequency induction furnace with gas protection. The hot rolled C194 alloy ingot which is immediately water-quenched is cold-deformed with deformation rates of 30%

60% and 90%

respectively

and then it is aged treatment at 550℃ for 2 hours /450℃ for 2 hours （aging treatment A）and at 400℃ for 4 hours （aging treatment B）

in which cold rolling with deformation rates of 30%

60% and 90% before aging treatment B is conducted. Effects of thermo-mechanical treatments on the microstructural evolution of precipitates and transformation kinetics of the C194 alloy were examined by TEM （transmission electron microscope）. The results indicate that transformation kinetics of the C194 alloy is increased with increasing in aging temperature and cold rolling deformation rate. The C194 alloy with uniformly distributed fine precipitates which exhibits desirable comprehensive properties can be obtained with 60%

0% cold deformation+aging treatment A+30%

0% cold deformation+aging treatment B.
