摘要
研究了Al-Zr-Cr-La合金中多元弥散相的形成及其对合金的强化作用。结果表明
在合金中形成具有Al20Cr2La结构的弥散相;在含Zr的合金中
Zr溶入到Al20Cr2La相中。这种结构的弥散相
具有明显的抑制再结晶和强化合金效果。相对于无Zr的Al20Cr2La相
含Zr的Al20Cr2La相抑制再结晶能力尤为显著
强化合金能力也略有提高。
Abstract
Formation and effects of Al-Zr-Cr-La dispersoid in aluminum alloy were investigated. The results show that Al20Cr2La dispersoids are created in the alloy
which can evidently restrain the recrystalization and enhance the alloy
and Zr element can be dissolved into the Al20Cr2La phase in the alloy containing Zr. Compared with the Al20Cr2La phase without Zr
the Al20Cr2La phase with Zr exhibits higher capability of inhibiting recrystalization with slight improvement of enhancing alloy.
