横向达到589;薄膜最薄可为0.08mm

单幅宽为2.8m

整幅宽为5.6m

为目前中国最大宽幅铸造膜

高质量EVA薄膜不仅用于铸铁件

还成功用于大型铸钢件

如铁路锰钢辙叉、工程车铸钢桥壳以及机车车辆摇枕侧架等生产。

Abstract

EVA plastic film is the key material for vacuum molding process.The special EVA film with elongation of 800% in longitudinal direction and 700% in horizontal direction and the minimum thickness of 0.08 mm for V-process are developed

which can meet different requirements from the enterprises and can be used for large cast steel parts

such as manganese steel railway frog

steel castings of rocking support

side frame for train and the steel bridge box for engine truck.
