Abstract

Magnesium alloy as an alloy material with active chemical properties easily lead to burning and explosion in process of smelting-casting and post-treatment procedure. The potential safety problem in process of smelting-casting was systematically expounded based on special features of Mg alloy

and the accident condition was approached. Meanwhile

safety production management specification

operation safety procedure and equipment safety requirement were proposed.
