碳纤维粉是一种新型材料
它与石墨具有相似的润滑性
同时能显著增强铸件的表面硬度;浇注温度是重要的工艺参数
适当提高浇注温度
有利于铸渗层的形成和表面硬度的提高。
Abstract
Effects of compound coating prepared by cast-infiltration on surface hardness of aluminum alloy parts were examined.The results show that Cr
Al2O3 and WC powders in the compound coating can obviously improve the surface hardness of aluminum parts.Carbon fiber powder as a new material
showing similar lubricity with graphite
can also greatly strengthen surface hardness.In addition
it is helpful for the formation of cast-infiltration layer and improvement of surface hardness by properly increasing pouring temperature.
