Production of Aluminum Alloy Swashplate for Compressor of Air Conditionor for the Car by Squeezing Casting
Three kinds of squeezing casting processes for swashplate were designed according to the material
performance and machining requirements. The side-pouring indirect squeezing casting with holding pressure and localization pressurization was adopted for producing the swashplate for compressor of air conditionor for the car through comprehensively comparative analysis
such as the bubbling of the castings after heat treatment and inclusion
practical operation
yield production rate and production efficiency. The technology has the advantages of simplified mould structure
convenient operation
low casting defect in swashplate
high yield production rate as well as high product efficiency.
