摘要
采用电磁-机械复合搅拌制备Al-9Gr半固态浆料
确定了石墨颗粒的偏析与半固态浆料固相率之间的关系
并且得到了消除石墨颗粒宏观偏析的技术条件。研究结果表明
随着Al-9Gr半固态浆料固相率不断增大
石墨颗粒的宏观偏析程度逐渐减小
当固相率大于30%时
基本上消除了石墨颗粒宏观偏析。
Abstract
Al-9Gr semi-solid slurry was prepared by electromagnetic-mechanical stirring
and relationship between segregation of graphite particles and solid fraction in semi-solid slurry was determined.Technological condition of eliminating macro-segregation of graphite in the semi-solid slurry was obtained.The results show that with increasing in solid fraction in Al-9Gr semi-solid slurry
macro-segregation of graphite particles can be relieved.With solid fraction in semi-solid slurry more than 30%
macro-segregation of graphite particles is eliminated.
