Abstract
Present status of energy consumption and exhaustion-reduction in the foundry trade at the China were described.It is pointed out that recycle economics should be extended and admission condition should be strictly controlled in the foundry trade.Energy-saving and exhaustion-reduction in the investment casting trade were expounded
including optimization of technology
design and materials as well as improvement of casting quality
the use of advanced technology
upgrading of old equipment.
