Abstract
Permanent mold low pressure casting was used to produce aluminum alloy fuel-ejecting pump of diesel engines according to its structure and technical requirements.The processing parameters
including pouring temperature of(700±20)℃
filling velocity of 0.5m/s
filling pressure of 0.15MPa
holding pressure of 2.6MPa and holding time of 80s
were proposed.Practical production verifies that the designed low pressure casting mould has the advantages of convenient operation and reliable running
obtaining fuel-ejecting pump with satisfied quality.
