开发了一种多回路、参数调整方便、简单可靠、价格低廉的移动式局部加压装置
成功地应用于复杂压铸件的生产。探讨了局部加压结构形式、加压杆与杆套的配合公差对加压杆使用性能的影响
得到了8mm和12mm两种加压杆的合理公差
提高了加压杆的使用寿命。研究局部加压工艺参数对铸件内部质量的影响
当局部加压压力越大时
加压效果越好;在加压压力一定时
局部加压开始时间短可获得较好的加压效果。采用局部加压压铸技术
铸件的合格率提高到97%以上。
Abstract
We have developed a simply reliable movable-local pressurization set-up with multi-loop and feasible parameters adjustment as well as cheap prices
which was employed successfully for the production of complicated die parts.Effects of local pressurization configuration and fit tolerance between pressurized pin and pin-sleeve on service performance were expounded.Fit tolerance of two kinds of pressurized pin with 8 mm and 12 mm in diameters was determined to ensure the service life.Effects of local pressurization parameters on quality of die castings were investigated.The results indicate that with increasing in local pressure
defects in the die castings can be greatly eliminated.In addition
with a given pressure
short pressurization start time is beneficial for the elimination of defects.Qualified rate of die castings can reach up to 97% by means of local pressurization.
