以AlSi7Mg合金为例
研究熔体的浇注温度和冷却速度对其凝固组织的影响。结果表明
熔体的浇注温度和冷却速度对合金的凝固组织影响很大
当熔体的浇注温度接近液相线温度时
其凝固组织逐渐均匀细化;但冷却速度对凝固组织的影响规律不是单调的。根据以上试验结果可知
熔体在液相线温度浇注到石墨铸型时得到的凝固组织最为理想。
Abstract
The alloy’s solidifying microstructure has a great effect on the mechanical properties of casting parts and its application fields. In the paper
the research of pouring temperatures and cooling rates on the alloy’s solidifying microstructures has been studied with AlSi7Mg alloy. The results show that the pouring temperatures and cooling rates have a large influence on its solidifying microstructures. When the molten was poured at liquidus temperature
a uniform and fine microstructure would be obtained. While the effecting law of cooling rates on solidifying microstructure was different from that of pouring temperatures. Based on the above results
an ideal solidifying microstructure would be obtained when the molten liquid was poured to graphite cavity at liquidus temperature.
