摘要

获取优质精铸件

一是靠合理的浇注系统设计;二是在不影响铸件使用功能的前提下修改铸件结构

使铸件结构具有合理的工艺性。工艺成熟的熔模铸件浇注系统工艺参数与亨金公式计算的浇注系统的参数进行对比

得出浇注系统计算的修正公式

可以用来对相同生产条件下的其他铸件进行浇注系统的设计。合理的铸件结构和浇注系统参数

能提高熔模铸件内在品质

减少缩孔、缩松

并提高成品率和工艺出品率。

Abstract

Production of the high quality investment castings is dependent on rational gating system design and proper castings structure.Modified equation for gating system was derived by altering parameters in empiric formula for gating system design and determining the applied scope and boundary conditions on the basis of analysis of data from conventional gating system design for investment castings with computer by mathematical statistics method

which can guide other gating system design with the similar working conditions.In addition

the quality of investment castings can be greatly improved by pertinentl application or combination application of above two ways based on castings structure

remarkably reducing shrinkage porosity（hole） and rising product rate and production yield rate.
