摘要

在带有长窄槽零件的熔模铸造过程中

鼓胀是常遇到的缺陷

可以考虑用陶瓷芯

但成本增加且后续清理困难。通过对生产中实际问题的解决

提出"喂浆"的方法

很好地解决了鼓胀缺陷。

Abstract

Expanding-swelling defects often appeared in long-narrowed slot in investment casting. The defects can be eliminated or relieved by adopting ceramic core

however

the product cost would be increased with the difficult post treatment. Through analyzing practical defects in production

slurry-feeding method was proposed to eliminate the expanding-swelling defects in the castings. The practical production show that the method is very effective.
