摘要

将单个液滴冷却凝固的数学模型（见第I部分）与液滴尺寸分布函数相耦合

以Al-12Zn为模拟合金

分析了气体初速度、熔炼温度、熔体流量等对液滴尺寸分布以及雾化锥在不同位置平均固相率的影响。结果表明

提高气体初速度

同一位置上雾化锥横截面上的平均固相率增加。提高熔炼温度或者增加熔体流量

相同位置的雾化锥横截面上的平均固相率减少。

Abstract

Effects of the initial velocity of gas

the melting temperature and the melt flow rate of Al-12Zn alloy on the droplet size distribution and average solid fraction in different cross section of the spray cone were examined based on droplet solidification model coupled with droplet size distribution function. The results show that with increasing in initial velocity of gas

the average solid fraction in the same cross section of spray cone is increased

while it is decreased with increasing in melting temperature or in melt flow rate.
